Mona-Guard Extra is a unique, invisible impregnation utlising hydrophobic and Oleophobic chemistry to provide water repellence, Oil repellence and resistance to forms of staining agents on porous building materials that are subjected to very heavy foot traffic and require the highest level of protection.

The surface must be sound, clean, dry, free from frost, laitance, oil, grease and all dust, loose and friable materials must be complately removed from surfaces before application of Mona-Guard Extra.
