Mona-Guard Plus is a unique, invisible impregnation utlising hydrophobic and Oleophobic chemistry to provide water repellence, resistance to forms of staining agents and weather pollution on porous building materials.

The surface must be sound, clean, dry, free from frost, laitance, oil, grease and all dust, loose and friable materials must be completely removed from surfaces before application of Mona-Guard Plus.
