Mona-Clean Oil Dispersant is a specially formulated, safe, ecological, water soluble oil dispersant and emulsifier. Mona-Sperse does not contain hydrocarbon and is non-caustic based, therefore safer to use and ecologically more acceptable than other dispersants used in within the building industry.
